Sounds like a scam.Keep in mind this isnt the first occasion. And of course during pass check on the rail the receipt isnt good enough and we get threatened with receiving a ticket. When I go to buy a pass at the light rail station two of the 4 machines arent accepting bank cards and then a 3rd one did however it printed me a receipt but no pass. I can not stress that point enough (said). This company is completely unprofessional and discourteous. drive, call Uber, Lyft, or a regular cab, or ride the scooters around town. I know there are good, respectful drivers somewhere and it sad you are grouped in with the overwhelming majority of incinerated drivers. I have never written a review before and it is sad my first is about this horrible company. The drivers act as if we the people riding the bus owe them, like we are not each and all PAYING customers. I have observed countless times where a paying customer will thank them or the way off the bus, despite horrible service and the driver not say anything in return. To driving off when they see people run to catch them from a connecting bus or other wise. From the drivers and they horrible, rude, better then thou attitudes. This is not restricted to one particular route or driver. And I must state without a shadow of a doubt and given many chances to change my opinion, Phoenix Metro Valley bus system is the worst I ever seen and experienced. I have lived and visited may locations both within the United States of America (NewYork, LA, Chicago, Orlando) and aboard (France, London & Japan).
